Junior Gym Access

Ages 11–12

• Supervised Egym sessions only

• A parent or guardian must remain on the premises

• Session times:

  • Monday–Friday: 3:30pm – 5:00pm

  • Saturday & Sunday: 11:00am – 12:00pm and 2:00pm – 3:00pm

• Outside of these times, juniors must be accompanied in the gym by a paying adult at all times

Ages 13–15

Gym & Pool access

• Weekdays: 6:00am – 6:00pm (after 6pm must be accompanied with a paying adult over 25+)

• Weekends: 8:00am – 6:00pm

Sports Courts & Bookings

• Sports Hall:

  • Maximum of 1 court per day per family, bookable up to 7 days in advance

• Outdoor courts:

  • No advance booking

  • Bookable on the day only

  • Maximum of 1 booking per day per family

• Members must be present on court for the full duration of the booking

• Non-members: £2.00 per person (additional charge)

• All bookings must be made by the Head Member only

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a gym induction last?
Inductions typically take 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Is there a charge for the wristband?
Yes, wristbands are £4.99 each.

Do parents need to be present during the induction?
No. Inductions are fully supervised by a qualified Fitness Instructor, so parents do not need to attend.
Please note: Juniors will need their own email address to log in to the equipment.

Can juniors attend the gym at any time?
Juniors can attend without a parent present during supervised sessions only:

• Monday–Friday: 3:30pm – 5:00pm

• Saturday & Sunday: 10:00am – 11:30am and 3:00pm – 4:30pm

Outside of these supervised times, juniors must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.

I’m already a Leisure Focus member — do I need to pay extra?
No additional membership cost applies. The only extra charge is the wristband.

Bookings open at 6:00am based on your membership type and can be made up until the session start time:

• 7 days in advance – Members

• 5 days in advance – RBWM residents

• 3 days in advance – Non-residents

The 6:00am release time aligns with our centre opening hours to ensure equal access for in-person and online bookings.

Cancellation Policy

• Classes before 9:00am: require 10 hours’ notice

• Classes from 9:00am onwards: require 4 hours’ notice

• Late cancellations or non-attendance will be marked as a no-show and incur a £4 fee.

Class Sign-In

• You must sign in using the check-in tablets near the studio.

• If tablets are unavailable, please sign in at reception.

• Failure to sign in will be recorded as a non-attendance.

Waiting List

• We do not currently operate a waiting list.

• If a space becomes available, it will appear on the app/website on a first-come, first-served basis.
