How long does the induction last?
Around 30-40 minutes.
Is there a charge for the wristband?
Wristbands are £4.99 each.
Do parents need to be present during the induction?
Inductions are supervised by a Fitness Instructor, so parents don’t need to attend. However, the Junior will require their own email address to sign on to the equipment.
Outside of supervised times, juniors must be accompanied by an adult.
What about Terms & Conditions?
Full T&Cs are available at reception and in our welcome memo.
I’m already a Leisure Focus member – do I need to pay extra?
No extra cost apart from the wristband.

Booking Information
Bookings open at 6:00am on the specified number of days before each session, depending on your membership type. This aligns with the opening times of our larger centres, ensuring equal access for both in-person and online bookings.
Bookings remain available up until the start of each session.
7 days in advance – Members
5 days in advance – RBWM members
3 days in advance – Non-members
Cancellation Policy
Classes before 9:00am require at least 10 hours’ notice to cancel.
Classes at or after 9:00am require 4 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or non-attendance will be recorded as a no-show and incur a £4 charge.
Class Sign-In
You must sign in for your class using the check-in tablets located near the studio. If your centre does not have a tablet, please sign in at reception. Failure to sign in will result in being marked as a non-attendee.
Waiting List
We do not currently operate a waiting list. If a space becomes available, it will be released on our app and website on a first-come, first-served basis.
